When a flagged job finally gets invoiced, or a cold quote gets approved, it goes on your recovery record as money recovered after Forecrew flagged it. We aren’t claiming credit for it. It’s a paper trail of what came back.
A full forecast, with a memory
The email is the product, but the page behind it has the whole picture: next week, next month, next quarter, and next year, month by month and job by job. Because Forecrew saves a copy of your schedule every day, it can also show you what changed and which jobs caused it.

Before you connect
What happens on day 31?
Your reports pause. Nothing else changes: your account stays open, your history stays put, and subscribing from Settings turns the emails back on with the next morning’s digest. If you choose to not continue, your data is deleted 60 days later, or immediately if you ask.
Can I cancel?
Any time from Settings. The subscription runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the reports stop.
Can it change anything in my Jobber account?
No. Forecrew connects with read-only access: it can see your schedule, quotes and invoices, and it cannot edit, create or delete a thing. It also never stores your customers’ contact details, only schedules and totals.
What actually lands in my inbox?
One email each morning, at the hour you pick, in your timezone. It opens with the money that needs attention, a total for each problem: visits nobody marked complete, invoices never sent, quotes going cold. Each total links to the jobs and quotes behind it on your Forecrew page. On the day you choose, the weekly check rides along in the same email. It starts with which clients to call first, then lists every job by name, with the client and a link to the record in Jobber. Up to three people can receive it.
