The service

Forecrew, operated by Ryan Gates, provides revenue forecasting and reporting for businesses using Jobber. A Jobber account and authorization through Jobber’s official connection flow are required. Forecrew is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Jobber.

Forecasts are estimates

In short: Forecrew predicts — it doesn’t promise.

Forecasts and reports are computed from your scheduling data and are estimates, not guarantees. They depend on the accuracy and completeness of the data in your Jobber account. Forecrew does not provide financial, accounting, tax, or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as the sole basis for financial decisions.

Trial and billing

In short: 30 days free, then the monthly price shown at checkout (currently $19/month for new subscriptions). Cancel anytime.

  • New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No card is required to start.
  • After the trial, the service costs the monthly price presented at checkout (currently $19 USD per month for new subscriptions), billed through Stripe, with up to three report recipients.
  • You can cancel anytime via the billing portal; service continues to the end of the paid period. If the trial ends without a subscription, reports pause and your data is deleted after 60 days (see the Privacy Policy).

Your responsibilities

  • Only connect a Jobber account you are authorized to connect.
  • Keep your report recipient list appropriate — reports contain your business data.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or resell the service.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service — in particular, reports depend on Jobber’s API being available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Termination

You can stop using Forecrew at any time by disconnecting the app from your Jobber account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Data handling on termination follows the Privacy Policy.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
